Bonita Ranch claims to be a nursery, despite mostly advertising weddings and events in what appears to be an attempt to circumvent being an event venue in a neighborhood. While they claim to be a "bona fide farm," we believe they are clearly in violation of F.S. 570.86, and are ruining the peaceful neighborhood in which they've set up shop.

Their website promotes Bonita Ranch as an event venue for weddings (mostly outdoors) of up to 100 guests and accompanying djs. The sound pollution is extreme, making it impossible to relax as the inside of the neighboring houses are hearing the event's music, partygoers, and mics as if they were at the event. The neighborhood is not built to accommodate the oil runoff of hundreds of cars on a regular basis and it can contaminate the water and soil in surrounding properties.
